The Steam Rally returns to its spiritual home of Henham Park, celebrating the 42nd year the event has been held. This popular event in Suffolk’s calendar recalls the golden age of steam engineering. Steam engines, vintage machinery and cars are exhibited alongside traditional country crafts, arts and pastimes. In addition there is entertainment provided by the showrings, shopping and delicious food.

Three dedicated arenas with a whole variety of exciting and informative displays, from exhilarating horseboarding, to the hilariously disobedient ducks that are sheepdogs somehow have to get back into the pen. Something for everyone all day long, so bring a deck chair and make yourselves comfortable.
Flavours of Summer
4th & 5th June (TBC)
After three great years in Henham Park’s wonderful walled garden, Flavours of Summer will be setting up shop in and around Henham Barns this year. In the cookery theatre, some of the region’s best chefs will be showing off their skills. Local producers will be showcasing their products, giving you opportunities to see, try and buy what they have on offer. There’ll be street food to eat, local drinks – with and without alcohol! – to drink, and music to keep you entertained. And there’ll be a Cookery Den where younger cooks can try their hand. It might even inspire them to becomes chefs when they grow up!

Latitude is one of the jewels in the UK’s festival crown, last year winning Line Up of the Year and this year celebrating its 11th anniversary. The festival is resplendent with the very best from the creative worlds of music, film, comedy, literature, theatre, poetry, dance, art and yoga. Wander through Henham’s fairy lit woods to discover hot tubs; pause on the famous Latitude bridge to admire the sunset; catch a headline artists on the Obelisk stage or perhaps try wild swimming in the Henham Park lake. There are even brightly coloured sheep for the ultimate selfie!
