Breakfast 8.30 – 9.30am: optional light, healthy breakfast of home-made granola with a choice of yoghurt, milk, almond, coconut and oat milk. Selection of fresh fruit and nuts. Rice cakes & nut butter. There are two breaks in the morning with a Vitamix blended green smoothie for the first break and raw energy ball for the second.

Drinks available at all times: Lemon infused water. Tea + cafetiere coffee. Pukka herbal tea selection. Fresh mint tea.


 Class Descriptions

Circuits: a fast paced class to loud music. Spend a minute at each station on a specific exercise and then move on. A fun heart pumping group exercise.

Kettlebells: a kettlebell is a weight with a handle (various weights available). Build strength and tone by squatting, swinging, lifting and lunging.

Pilates: build stability and core strength while improving your posture and alignment.

Vinyasa Yoga: link breath to movement in a choreographed sequence, moving dynamically and creating stronger, longer muscles.

Strala Yoga: a movement style that is all about ease and connecting with yourself. It’s about focusing on the process rather than stressing about the outcome.

Mindful Yoga: a thoughtful, reflective way of approaching yoga. Enjoy a gentle yoga flow absorbing yourself in the movement of your body and stillness of your mind.

Yin Yoga: a is a slow-paced style of yoga where postures are held for a certain length of time (in this session 2 minutes). The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility by applying gentle stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments.

Visions & Goals Workshop: take a step back and think about what makes you happy and what direction you’d like your life to follow. Breaking down big goals into small steps makes positive change achievable and accessible. Worksheets are provided to take away.


Rose Stride  R.F Fitness  Circuits

Rose teaches circuits and legs, bums & tums in North East Suffolk. She is qualified to teach children as well as adults so offers mum + baby fitness and kids circuits as well as adult classes. Her popular classes offer crèche options.

Imogen Hall   Kettlebells

Imogen has been a group exercise instructor for over 25 years. Her happy outlook on life shines through in all her classes, mixing user friendly exercise with great music and the feel-good factor of working out. Imogen works in community and health clubs offering a diverse range of classes, her true loves being Step and of course Kettlebells.

Kelly Steventon    Pilates

Kelly is a fully trained and certified pilates teacher with 12 years’ experience. She has taught in Hollywood California, New York and now in Cretingham and Woodbridge. Her extremely popular pilates classes will help you build core strength and stability, benefit your posture and alignment, increase your flexibility and improve muscle tone and endurance. They have even been known to convert yoga teachers to pilates!

Sally Salmon    Vinyasa Yoga 

Sally aims to inspire and uplift you from your habitual patterns, drawing on her eight years’ experience as a yoga teacher. She creates moving meditations and specialises in ensuring her classes are fun and accessible to all. She is trained in Vinyasa, pre-natal and yin yoga and runs regular classes in Norwich and retreats in the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

Wibbs Coulson   Acro Yoga

Wibbs combines his anatomical knowledge from his former career as a nurse with a strong yoga practice. He is qualified to teach vinyasa, Ashtanga, yin and acro. You will be guaranteed to learn something new in his classes as well as deepening your yoga practice and stretching your limbs.


Henham Barns postcode is NR34 8AQ. The entrance is directly off the A12 in between Southwold & Wangford turn offs. Drive down the avenue of lime trees and the Henham Barn complex will be on your right.

·    Bring a yoga mat, trainers, blanket and water
·    If you would like to borrow a yoga mat please reserve one as limited availability
·    Previous yoga class experience not required, classes are accessible to all levels of fitness. You are welcome to take any modifications necessary if you are injured
·    It is perfectly possible to attend part of the morning or to leave early
·    There is no minimum age limit
·    Disclose any injuries or pregnancies prior to activity
·    You are welcome to consume your own snacks. No food or beverage is guaranteed nut/dairy/gluten free

Latitude Festival
13th-16th July 2017
Latitude is one of the jewels in the UK’s festival crown. This year the family friendly festival will celebrate its 12th anniversary. Latitude has a plethora of sights and sounds, including the very best from the creative worlds of music, film, comedy, literature, theatre, poetry, dance, art and yoga. Wander through Henham’s  fairy lit woods to discover hidden surprises; pause on the famous Latitude bridge to admire the sunset; catch a headline artists on the Obelisk stage or perhaps try wild swimming in the Henham Park lake. There are even brightly coloured sheep for the ultimate selfie!

Grand Henham Steam Rally
16th & 17th September 2017

The Steam Rally remain at its spiritual home of Henham Park, celebrating the 43rd year the event has been held. This popular event in Suffolk’s calendar recalls the golden age of steam engineering. Steam engines, vintage machinery and cars are exhibited alongside traditional country crafts, arts and pastimes. In addition there is entertainment provided by the showrings, shopping and delicious food – proceeds go to charity and local groups
