She likes to incorporate yogic philosophy into her teaching, using transformational tools to enable harmony and healing. Her classes are a culmination of influences from the different yoga systems she has studied including Iyengar, Satchidananda and Satyananda. Eve DunnDynamic Yoga
After a life and career change in 2001 Eve moved from London to Suffolk and taught her first yoga class in her local village hall to a group of 20 keen students in a hall not much bigger than your average living room! Her love and passion for dynamic flow has grown and is reflected in her classes (several busy groups in Martlesham and Ipswich). Her flow sequences are challenging but achievable and her teaching style is friendly and fun with ever changing sequences that always have an element of surprise and a sting in the tail!
Alongside her many classes Eve makes sure she has time for her (in her own words) ‘amazing partner’, family and friends. She is dedicated to keeping up her own yoga practise and fitness programme and if you can’t get hold of her she is usually on a tennis court or sailing with her partner somewhere in the sunshine.
Wibbs Coulson Acro Yoga
Wibbs is a new teacher to the Suffolk yoga scene, a breath of fresh air combining anatomical knowledge (gained from his former career as a paramedic) with a strong yoga practice. He is qualified to teach vinyasa, Ashtanga, yin and acro. You will be guaranteed to learn something new in his classes as well as having a lot of fun.

Jenny discovered the power of yoga to heal not only our body, but also our hearts and minds, helping to promote good health and a sense of wellbeing. Her classes are down to earth and accessible, working with the breath as a bridge between mind and body – it can lead us into a posture, calm our mind, help us relax or guide us into meditation – it’s our constant companion. You will leave her class feeling energised, relaxed and better able to enjoy your daily life
